Food wasn't awful but customer service definitely was. Was literally treat like cash cows, as soon as we paid they couldn't care less about what we had to say, the delivery driver literally didn't bring it to us, brought it part way and then completely ignored us when we tried to voice an issue. Disgusting.

Really wouldn't recommend this takeaway. My boyfriend ordered me food tonight and he got me a chocolate fudge cake as a treat. When i opened it i noticed there was something on top of it and when i looked closely i realised it was skin. SKIN! i called back and they denied that it would be skin but offered to send me a new one. When the new one arrived it was rock hard, it looked as if it had just come out of the freezer. I called back as i'm having a new kitchen fitted so i have nothing to even have it heated up in. The guy on the phone started going mad telling me to just put it in the microwave, swearing at me and telling me it's not his problem. I never write bad reviews because i'm just not the type to bash a business but he told me to do it before he hung up so here i am! Do not recommend at all, there's much nicer and much more polite business owners in the area!
Kebab was beautiful, and presented lovely. I like how you put the salad at the side of the kebab. The garlic bread cheese is very good aswell. Very polite delivery lady and she seemed to respect social distancing measures which I liked. Very well done, food was lovely and of a good size. Will be placing another order soon :)
After waiting almost an hour for my food, it arrived cold. Ended up binning it. Rang up to complain and the dude took way too much offence to the fact I had binned \his\ food. He started getting angry and saying there is nothing he could so as he sends the food out the minuet after its cooked... It was cold so obviously not. Spent almost a tenner on summet i didn't eat. Not happy with service as nothing has been done to fix the issue. Won't be ordering from here again and would not recommend. The staff are very rude and need a reality check.
Food was hour for delivery when did arrive stone cold and order was wrong when phoned back to tell them they said no its not and then kept on hold listening to shouting for 10 mins then being cut off do not order from here
