This branch has come a long way. I would definitely have been one to write a negative review up until last year. They have pulled up their socks and are now excelling at their customer service. Their financial and mortgage reps are fantastic. Thank you for stepping up finally!
No willing to help from the counter. I was assisted by one tall man in his 50's or 60's, black shirt, very rude. Someone should pay attention about reviews, if average is 2 stars is because something is not working at this branch. I thought to bring my investments here but now I changed my mind.
the bank tellers are nice and professional, but the branch is to small for the community very slow service
the few interactions I've had with the personnel at this Bank have been better and more professional than any other bank I have ever been to.
