The staff are friendly and give helpful advise I got a new setup to cut down and quit smoking it cost me 50 all together and this is the only shop I will go to now due to the good deals and quality e-liquid, I have cut down smoking tremendously. Would definitely recommend this store

I am working in Grimsby for a couple of months and decided to try vaping again to quit the cigs, went into Redemption after trying a couple of other shops. It was a pleasant surprise to be greated by a friendly very knowledgeable guy, who was happy to take the time to find out what my needs were rather than just trying to sell me something! I bought a geekvape aegis pod and some own brand (Redemption) nic salt juice, the flavour is great! Will definitely be going back and ordering online once I go back home! Can't recommend these guys enough!
if you looking for big bottles of juice then this is the place as no where does no 250ml bottles any more apart from redemption shop and willing to buy again
been using redemption for 18 months roughly and never had a bad experience yet, they are superb and even when i had an issue with my order they were more than helpful and even let me keep a bottle of juice until my correct order arrived. honestly couldn't recommend them enough
Went to this shop when I stopped smoking and the young man who was in the shop was very helpful. Helped and talked me through what would be best for me then showed me how to use the e cig and how to fill it up and change coil when needed. Everytime I go in the staff are fantastic and always happy to help. I would recommend them to anyone, I even sent my mum and friend here when they stopped smoking aswell x
