I had 4 taxis pre booked for Saturday with Revells, which only 1 turned up. As a result a special meal that had been planned months in advance was ruined. These cars were pre booked in advance too. Awful service and I will never use them again, completely let us down.

Disgusted that they have a chargeable telephone number to dial. Especially for kids that have learning difficulties and don't know NOT to ring it. My son has been charged over 10 extra on his phone bill using this number.
BAD SERVICE. After 45 min of waiting at 2 in morning finally got the taxi. Yeiiii .
