Friendly staff and very helpful in a pinch

I never write bad reviews, and I've given them a couple chances. They never have the right amount of staff. Wait time increase every single time I go. You'll see other staff members looking at us, and the massive line, but there's never any acknowledgment or smiles our way. It's almost like we're an Inconvenience to them. If they created this negative environment, I can only imagine what it would be like to work in this establishment. 5 stars to the friendly tellers though because there are a few that are super nice.

April 2020 My father went to the Grimsby branch, tripped on the curve and fell face down. There was a long line of people waiting and two other customers helped him to get up. He still had to stand 15 more minutes in line to get in, no consideration of his age or fall he just had. I feel that it is very inconsiderate from TD Canada Trust a bank that is supposed to serve to not accommodate seniors and elderly people at ANYTIME making them stand in line for extended periods of time is completely and utterly unacceptable. If I could I would give less than one star rating.

Grimsby branch staff and managers are super rude. Every single time I go to Grimsby location they are just plain ignorant. Since covid-19 started I have had to commute to the Grimsby location only to be treated like a disease by the ladies at the door. Just because I look young doesn't mean all my banking can be done online. I come 2 times a month to be told by the lady at the door my business is not essential without details and doesn't even know why I'm at the bank or what my situation is. This really makes me want to discontinue my business with TD Bank all together. . If my business is not essential at the bank than it must not be essential online either. ZERO stars if I could.

The line ups are too long and not very caring for seniors, my father is 90 years old and was going to wait in line and fell, he banged himself up pretty bad, two kind men helped him up, thankfully. This is no way to treat senior, the manager is very rude as well.
