They lost my whole pokemon book worth lots of money while looking through it to hopefully give me a reasonable price to sell the book for. They said they would give me another book of similar value to make up for but never had it ready the next three times i ah went there to get and still have not received it.

As always, whenever I come into Xtreme Collectables I'm always treated with kindness and no sense of urgency. The owner is always up to answer any question and help you find what you need. They always have a wide selection of products to choose from.
Very polite and honest staff! I emailed them to ask about ordering online and I received a very detailed response including pictures of the items I was interested in, they even pointed out some slight damage on the toy box so that I was aware of the exact condition.
