I have been living here for a few months now and I can say I am very happy with my signing. The apartment is very spacious and has great lighting. The “furnished” furniture is very nice and in great condition. The maintenance team is also very quick. I had a small issue and they were here within a few hours and fixed my issue within 20 minutes. 5/5

I love living at Grindstone Canyon. The complex has great amenities and the staff is very professional and well-trained. I love the shuttle service, it gets me to and from campus in a breeze. Bri Dinwiddie works in the front office and she has helped answer all my questions! She is so helpful and made my move-in process stress-free. I would recommend living here to all my friends.
The tour was very well done and helped to answer any questions that me and my prospective roommates had. Becca was a wonderful guide and everything was made very clear to us so that we were able to know exactly what was happening through the application process!
The best place I have ever lived at. The amenities are great and the overall feel of everything is so professional. The staff are so kind and patient! That’s definitely the best part.
Maintenance is fast and friendly. Lots of space in apartment. I enjoy that parking is included. Bus shuttle drivers are nice and always on time.
