Although I wasn't able to rent from their u-haul bc the u-haul system itself was down, it wasn't bc she didn't try. She went above and beyond and her ability to provide an alternate way to rent a uhaul car dolly was an absolute blessing! Thanks to her quick thinking and ability to juggle several problems at once she was able to strategize a solution for getting my car back home and safely off the side of the road, even when the uhaul system itself wasn't cooperating.
