Ordered only one chicken strip snack box but received chicken strips with chips and a meatball snack box. Management just said they want the meatballs box back and will bring me the right snack box. Client service has to improve. When you have made a mistake you have to show the client you are sorry and offer them a return for the wrongful order or a free salad. Something to make sure the client stays happy. Something to make sure they will use your services again.

We had a lovely evening at Koöperasie Steakhouse. Happy was helping us, and he provided excellent service. They had the best Don pedro I've ever had, and their garlic snails were an absolute winner. My boyfriend had the eisbine, by the end of the evening only the bone was left. 10/10
Enjoyed my time here. The food was very delicious and big portions, great value for money. Definitely will be going back again
