I cannot begin to express our appreciation to Tyler and his staff for their assistance in resolving our personal injury case. After my wife's accident we were getting the "cold-shoulder" from the insurance company and weren't quite sure what to do. We knew we needed help and our goal was to find someone who we felt would provide us with the knowledge to make an educated decision based on the options available to us. He immediately analyzed the case and was able to give us the confidence to seek immediate medical help without worrying about how much it was going to cost. After our initial consult, we left the office feeling very thankful and blessed to have found Tyler. He is extremely knowledgeable and very effective at communicating to us in ways that were easily understood. What impressed me the most was that Tyler treated us like we were important every step of the way even though our case was small and my wife's injuries were not as severe as they could have been. Im not good as writing but from my heart is doesn't matter. We are very fortunate to learn about this law firms and meeting with Rhett Gross was our best choice ever. My husband and I only meeting with Rhett, We were once met Tyler Gross he is very nice too he took his time talked to us even though he wasn't our lawyer. And Tyler Jeane she was always keeping us on top of every thing.
