We made a reservation and explored the menu the night before to make sure the restaurant would meet our needs because of our families dietary restrictions. We were not hotel guests but came to use the Red Door Spa. On their website they have a menu advertised as \All Day.\ When we arrived they were having a special event with the hotel and were only offering a select limited menu which was not advertised on their website. We inquired about the limited menu they brought us an overpriced dinner menu instead. In the end we used the limited menu. It was almost an hour from when we sat down to when we received our food. This was in part because of the delay in ordering but went well beyond a reasonable time frame. We both asked for medium rare and received overcooked well-done burgers. We had to specifically request a vegetable option because there wasn't one on the menu. The brussel sprouts we received were covered in a thick sugary sauce. Our waitress stated multiple times she doesn't normally work in the restaurant to justify the back and forth. She seemed very frazzled but was appologietic. Overall, very disappointed.
