Very efficient service: Professional, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I sent a package to UK mid-Jan 2021, just after Brexit happened. Most other courier services refused to deliver to UK. DHL accepted and knew exactly what they were doing. The very helpful DHL customer phone service answered all my questions on weight, size, documents needed, delivery times, cost. Then i went to the DHL service point in Via Della Costituente 36, Grottaferratta which was very efficient. The service person there was very helpful. He carefully inserted all the correct information in the DHL system, and dispatched the package quickly. Arrived within 48hrs. I am very Impressed. Will use it again, for sure.
