I have had nothing but great experiences working with Bevan Properties! I rented a one bedroom apartment in Grove City, PA. They always were sure to get back to me ASAP when I had any questions or concerns. Their website makes it easy to pay rent/utilities and reach out with maintenance requests. We have rented from Bevan for almost a year. After moving in, neighbors told us our home used to be such an eye sore and they were so impressed with how nice it looks now. We've had a few plumbing issues as can be expected with any older, renovated home, but every time the maintenance team is here promptly to fix it. They even adjusted our rent one month due to our inconvenience! They have been incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to serve our family. Thank you Bevan!

Worst property management company ever. All of their positive reviews are from employees. Be warned. They purchase crappy old houses, barely make them habitable, then rent them to you. The cleaning crew was horrible. I kid you not there was an inch of dust on everything. Things that they say they will fix, never get fixed. If you are lucky enough that maintenance actually comes out, they basically put a band aid on everything. Whatever it is! Trying to get ahold of someone in their office is impossible. You're better off renting from a single owner or another company. Cannot say enough bad and shady things about Bevan.
