We had a 30 yard dumpster placed at a home we were preparing to sell. I told the person we were cleaning out a house. Lots of household items. She asked if there was going to be any landscape material. I told her there would not be any. I had to call twice to get a copy of the receipt. There was an additional 461 charge on my MasterCard because they had to go to another dump site for the household items. This was never told ahead of time, so instead of the cost of the dumpster, 386 quoted on the phone, the total price was 847. Very bad business practice. Will never use them again.
