I really love my apartment. Great management team. I was so surprise they knew me by name when I walk through their doors. They address every issue I had with my apt in a timely matter. I don't know when I'm gonna leave. 10 stars for me.

My pups and i love this apartment complex! Nice units, friendly neighbors and an awesome pool. Love this place.
For the most part it is very nice place to live - the exception to this is that you have unwanted critters (mice) that don't want to leave and the pest control peeps cannot seem to wrangle them - they have been in 2 times and coming iback in 2 weeks, last visit was 12-30 and was woke on 12-31 with a mouse trying to climb the wall under my bed - needless to say not my idea of fun getting up and scrubbing the bedroom down
Honestly wouldn't recommend this place. Prices are inflated for a very unsatisfactory experience. The gym is open when convenient, as well as pool. Pool is disgusting, and your probably going to have birds in your vents or get constantly bothered by your maintenance men to re bandage a problem that could be fixed the first time. Just very unprofessional and disappointing experience and i hope i save someone the hassle and time. P.s. they did finally update the gym. So well there's a reason for the 2 stars.
Really bad experience. If you move there be prepare to have problems with everything. We lived there for more than 1 year and the experience was bad since the first to the last day. Poor management poor maintenance service DO NOT MOVE TO COLLIER PARK.
