Worst KFC I’ve ever been too. In person when I’ve gone, they are always out of things like chicken strips or mashed potatoes (how does a KFC run out of mashed potatoes? It’s literally half their menu). Whenever I order from doordash, they always forget my drink. The last time I ordered from them, they gave me one order of fries when my order had two sides of mashed potatoes and gravy. This time when I ordered they forgot my drink and a whole piece of chicken. Ordered a 3 piece combo and only got two pieces. Doordash issued me a partial refund, but this place is terrible.

Had 9 orders. They were handled quickly and we got each and every item as ordered. And then, I got help carrying the orders to the car. This was a super visit.
Upon walking in I count seconds, in good business you have 15 seconds to greet a customer; instead, It took 43 seconds to be greeted after multiple employees made eye contact with me and didn't say high (Diamond and Clarrisa). That felt awkward walking into, give I counted 7 employees staffed at the time. Food was served quickly and store was in excellent condition! I'd come back but recommend being prompt and smile at all times, customer service folks!
Their hours say open till 10pm, but if you get there just before 8pm it is a gamble if they have what you want. They were already clearing and cleaning. The original recipe chicken tasted fine, out of mac & cheese (my kid's favorite) & they barely had enough corn left as a substitute.
Love their pot pies! Have to have them from time to time :-)
Just got a Bucket of all darkmeat chicken at Stringtown and Gantz KFC and it was aweful! It tasted like the grease was a year old or something.. I usually love KFC but not tonight!! Blaaak!!! I tried to call and of course no one answered. I will definitely take it back tomorrow!!!

I went here twice in a day. The first crew and food was awesome! However after returning. The second crew or evening crew not so great. And we had to pull over and park just for them to forget part of the order I repeated 3x. They part of the order forgotten was mine. So I didn't call back and didn't get to eat. (Didn't want to go back.)
