I have taken my 2 dogs to Poplar Forest when I have gone on vacation. I am a Nurse Practitioner and was called to work out of town when COVID hit in March. I called and explained the situation and Jim, Jenna and Richie welcomed me and my pups. I was able to travel and work without worrying about my fur babies. I was in and out of town for 3 months and Poplar Forest accommodated my schedule and even allowed me to visit.

My corgi had never been boarded before, he came back happy to see me! Didn't seem bothered by the experience at all. Staff is very friendly and flexible when it comes up picking up and dropping off. Only thing I wish would be them keeping you up to date a little more. Like sending you a picture of your pup every couple of days. Other than that though the experience was great!
