I’ve never had a move in experience done so well by management. Katie supplied an awesome goodie bag along with cupcakes for my birthday. She made the move in process as stress free as possible. She was so considerate and inviting. I’ve only been here for a couple day’s and I’ve had neighbors take time to introduce themselves as well. Such a friendly community that I’m happy to now be apart of.
Our apartment lost power in several rooms, maintenance arrived quickly and the problem was sorted out.
Love, Love living at Redwood Grove City! Katie is a great leasing agent and Johnny is the BEST at taking care of anything that needs done in you apt. The apartments and landscaping are beautiful. And the neighbors are very friendly, considerate and quiet! :)
Johnnie is one the the nicest, friendliest person I have recently met. He is quick to respond/repair, efficient and thorough with repairs.
