Regency Arms is a great place to live. I have been here since 2015. The staff is personable and works hard to build community through planned events throughout the year. The units are spacious and affordable for the area. Grove City is a safe and quiet community as the Police and residents work hard to keep it that way. I love spending time at the pool in the summer. The staff works diligently to solve issues that may arise. It is a great place to raise families. They have been great during this pandemic. Even when regular events had to be canceled due to covid-19 they adapted to make sure the residents were care for. Just this past week they offered Christmas portraits through a local photographer. It was an amazing gift.

The complexes are located conveniently to the main highways/stores/food joints etc! The prices for the rentals are priced reasonably for the space and amenities that are offered. The neighborhood is very quiet and a range of ages which makes it a nice variety! If you have issues with anything maintenance is always on top of it and resolves the issue immediately.
A great place to call \home\. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. the pool area is lovely in the summer!! I love the convenience of the laundry facility included in the neighborhood and the restaurants surrounding the neighborhood! Im glad to say I live in a beautiful neighborhood with parks and kind people!!
I have been here almost a year, and I still love it. It’s close to 270, the store and fast food! If I have needed to call maintenance, they have promptly come to fix the problem without issue. The staff at the office is fantastic and helpful! My apartment is roomy and nicely updated!
I have lived here for about 6 years now love the place.Staff is very friendly and caring they have something for every holidays for families. My friends dj every year at the pool really fun. Maintenance is great they come ASAP. Rent is reasonable.i have told my friends that are looking about the place. I will be staying love it here. Thank u all !!!
