The receptionists are helpful but some of the GPS have an attitude and seems like they don't care I don't see how they can diagnose over the phone I have been told by GPS goto A&E which is not an option. Due to the covid I feel. Like they don't care and fob you off could see people as have had people in for smears etc as long as they follow the guidelines but can't be bothered or just don't want to see the patient

Doctors do make evidence based decisions and when questioned become combative. Not patient focused. Receptionists are great, the doctors are the issue.
Terrible attitude towards patients. I have been calling for 3 weeks and ask to see a doctor. The back hurts very much. They give me pills over the phone. Nobody examined me. From the pills it became bad. An appointment with a doctor was never given. Calls and messages are not answered.
The receptionists here are very helpful and have a good approach with the client. Some of the doctors are nice but others have a bed side manner which leaves a lot to be desired. To be honest one was darn right rude and unbelievably abrupt on the phone to me. I think the reception staff have to go above and beyond their duty.
Absolutely awful. Had to go here as i am unable to travel home due to covid lockdown, previously i have been temporarily registered as i needed medical care whilst visiting. My initial message stated i may not be registered but needed medical care, they only said i had an appointment for a weeks time. I waited all morning with no call, contacted them and found out they didnt call because im not registered, this wasn’t told to me a week prior as i would have registered if so. They then tell me they re-registered me and i have an appointment for another weeks time, i ask if it can be earlier as by then it would be 3 weeks with my condition and i need to see a doctor about it now. My response from that was to call about my registry and then told to register online, which helps me in no way as they arent taking appointments online and it states i have to go down with ID which i cant because of covid. So now I’m neglected in a situation where I’ve been told I’m registered, but they aren’t acting as though i am, and my health care needs are just being ignored. Wouldnt be surprised if they dont end up calling me on my next appointment also
