This experience HANDS DOWN from the start to finish was FANTASTIC... I got the opportunity to speak with and meet Adam, Nick, Jason, Eric and Jeff. No high pressure sales tactics, just genuine we can help you work with what you are able to afford and be comfortable with. Wednesday September 2nd 2020 This was my first service for my new Kia Seltos SX and it was a very nice experience. My service advisor Amber was very knowledgeable and a good listener, all my concerns were addressed and explained very well and taken care of this first visit. I also listened to all the other customers interactions with their service advisors and how they went out of the way for them, one example was the cashier that when a customer came up to her that was lost and confused where the Ford service department was in the same campus of several brands of cars the cashier went with her to make sure her visit would be less stressful and on her return I had to let her know that that was really going the extra mile.

Bought a brand new vehicle. Took it in within the first 24h because it had issues. I tried to do the 72h exchange that they offer. That was complete bs, because they made every promise and lie they could to keep me from doing so, saying we will get your issue taken care of asap. It has been a month now and the issue hasn't been taken care of. They are cons and only care about selling cars and it isn't their problem what issues you have if you gave a brand new car. I purchased the vehicle with 30miles on it, I brought it back the first time with 50 miles on it. It now has 250miles on it because it was and has been sitting there for 3 weeks now because in the first week I took it back 3 times, even telling me the issue was \fixed \ on the last day of the exchange policy, surprise it wasn't, so now they are sticking it to me good.

Worked with Jack Peterson on my Telluride purchase. He was helpful and not pushy. His manager and the lady in Finance were great. We worked out a deal and when I went to sign they dropped the price even more. Finance lady worked hard to find a better rate with a different bank. My wife and 6 kids thank her for helping save us .
