It is always so great to work with Nelson. Every time I have had problems with Outlook (integrating with other apps, synchronizing across multiple devices, etc.), he has always been there to help me quickly and efficiently. Having him help with my tech problems always puts me at ease and I trust that my issues are getting resolved.
