Ok, I already knew Decathlon is not the place to go for quality bicycle parts, and in general they are the last resort, and it's fine. However, this last one experience is what made me promise to never visit that place again and to actively discourage everyone from going there. My rear wheel broke, and i came there to replace it with a new one, which lasted one day and got bent next morning in a rather standard situation - slide braking. I have NEVER seen a wheel do that. It took a lot of sliding, jumping, rock riding and railway tracks to break my last wheel that was like 4 years old and had multiple owners. This one lasted less than a day. And the sad part is that the staff do not see a problem and accused me of hitting something and breaking the wheel, declining a warranty case. So, if you are looking for bad quality parts and like being blamed for when they fail, feel free to shop there. I vow to never again. I wasted 100 euros on a bad product with bad service. I should have known better than that. Pity, i used to shop for some other products which are better, so you get 1 star for that. PS: To the staff girl making a remark about my seat - it is not from falling as you insinuated (although it's none of your business), but from the very abrasive wall my bike is leaned against of, every night.

In shortage of products on every department. Staff unhelpful, unable to give appropriate suggestions, not fit for purpose.
Nice place for sports
Quite big store of Decathlon than the one in City Center Torino, friendly staff, spacious parking area, a lot of variety of things. Good for sports lovers. It is in the outskirts of Torino, so plan to go there as early as possible.
It's really nice
