They charged me 100 Euros more in my debit card and, so far, didn't give me back. Be careful and don't miss the ticket. I have to demand a refund... I would never use this service again.

This is terrible, the fuel station took 100 euros extra for the fuel, we went to the police and we were told that the money will be transfered back in matters of few days. It was, but only half of it. I got only 55 euros back so it's as if I was scammed for 45.

¡Vergonzoso y lamentable! Nadie te advierte que te van a retener 100 de la cuenta sin tu consentimiento... Tuvimos la mala suerte que fue viernes y nos retuvieron 100 hasta el lunes, casi 3 dias!!! Le pedimos explicaciones al trabajador de la gasolinera y nos dijo que era responsabilidad de nuestro banco, a quien también pedimos explicaciones..Ni uno ni el otro tienen ningún derecho a retener un dinero que no les corresponde. Lo que tenéis que hacer es advertir a la gente de lo que hacéis y no estafarnos de esta manera.
