DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY! Using this Broker will only make you lose time and money! Don’t fall into the trap of using small insurance brokers who promise cheap prices then add a premium to it a few hours later or call you up telling you the insurance is cancelled and that you’ll be left uninsured because the actual price you paid isn’t correct. I’m appalled at the way GSI was happy to try and take my money but when I was presented with a quote of 1124, I was happy to take the offer and asked for it in writing. They said that they could hold it to the end of the day without the premium changing, just until I chase up one more insurer. I was then told by another company that they were lying about the price because they use the exact same underwriter. I called back them back and nobody was there to take the call. After hours they got back to me I spoke to somebody called Sam who confirmed the price was NOT LEGITIMATE and that the actual price was 1785!!!! After speaking to the “Operating Manager” Who sounded like they didn’t have a care in the world couldn’t even do anything to gain a customer which is why im using DNA Insurance ask for Wes he’s a reliable and knowledgeable insurance broker who will actually give you the facts instead of fiction like GSI INSURANCE
