Excellent and trustworthy service. Was unable to fix our hotpoint dishwasher but gave great advice and suggested contacting Hotpoint directly as still under warranty. Refused to accept call out charge as could not fix the machine. Rare for tradespeople to be so honest. Highly recommend

Superb customer service. Returned my (evening) call by 8.30am the following morning, arranged to visit the same morning and arrived at the agreed time. Carefully evaluated the problem and efficiently replaced the part straight away. Very good labour charge and the part wasn't expensive either so it's a win win if you call G.T. Harris.

Mr Harris is excellent. Turns up on time, does a thorough job, doesn't try and sell you anything extra. Charges only for the work he does or the reasonable call out charge if it can't be repaired. I've used him twice now and been delighted with his service. Vicki Sharp

I wouldn't normally write a negative review but what a 'jobsworth' Mr Harris is! Called him on a Saturday morning to ask if he could help repair our washing machine. Without further discussion tells me he's eating his porridge and will call me back (sorry to disturb you!)...Then gives me a 2 hour time slot for his arrival when quite frankly it didn't feel like he was so rushed off his feet that he needed to..(but ok, maybe he was). Turns up, pulls the washing machine out admitedly with some difficulty as it was a snug fit - the machine starts working - despite having an error code that water has leaked into the system. Has a quick look to see any obvious leaks. Found nothing and told us there was nothing else he could do. When we asked if it does transpire we do have a leak, can we call him again, he says, yes but I'll charge you again (so no guarantee on his work) and you'll have to make sure the washing machine is pulled out because I''ll probably be in pain for 2 weeks, thanks to you. How would you like to pay? I was so gobsmacked by his attitude I was speachless. To say Mr Harris made us feel like a complete inconvenience from start to finish, is an understatement. With respect Mr Harris, perhaps it's time to retire?
