I have to say Guadalupe bank is TOP NOTCH! I was born and raised in Kerrville and can’t say enough good things about them!! I’ve never had a bad experience there. Even when things could have gone wrong, the staff has been amazing in rectifying the situation. Huge shout out to Austin!! He’s amazing for your mortgage needs. And Marissa went above and beyond for me me too on the banking side, and all the tellers as well. I highly recommend Guadalupe Bank!

If you are a business owner, this is not the bank to open an account with. I actually went in and opened a bank account with them I was quite happy with their customer service. But, after I open the account they told me I cannot use the business debit card to withdraw money out of ATM's. I was shocked. I asked him are you kidding me? they said no. About two years ago the board made a decision not to allow business owners to take money out of their own account with their debit card. Bad business. Very bad business I immediately closed my account and went elsewhere. so if having access to your cash is important to you as a business owner you don't want to go to Guadalupe Bank. sure, they may say will you can transfer it to your personal account and then access it from there. That's not the point, banking is supposed to be convenient Guadalupe Bank, convenience it is not.
