Terrible no one answers phone. Been calling for two weeks

Poor Customer Service - My first call months ago they responded same day and came out to give me a quote for work needed. A few months later when the house reconstruction was ready for the gutters, I started calling for them to come back out and review what needed to be done. After 3 weeks of calling I received no calls back. Answering service keeps taking my message so I don't know why they won't call back.
