I would give less than 1 star if possible. I thought I would skip the big box stores to get better service. Big mistake! They were quick to take my 1500 deposit to order the carpet and padding. They even managed to deposit the check the same day. They told me the carpet would be delivered in 7-10 business days. That was 33 days ago... and counting. They have never called me for an update. I always have to call them. Then I'm promised the carpet is on the truck and will be delivered Wednesday (a couple times). I couldn't get them to answer my calls or return voicemails, so I decided to call from our home number. Wouldn't you know they answered the call. I guess they screen calls to avoid customers. I've never lost my temper or been rude with them this whole time. Karen immediately insisted that she'll call me in the morning. I told her they've promised to call me several times, and never do. She swore to me she'd call... guess what, no call. Very poor business practice! Especially when they know they're in the wrong. Almost seems like they're scammers. If they can't even get the carpet in, I definitely don't want to see what they're installation looks like. I just got off the phone with my bank and disputing the transaction, because they've failed to provide the materials (or any kind of service for that matter). The 5 star google reviews before this one helped me pick this store. I guess it was just friends and family trying to make them look like a reputable business! And just to let them know how bad they messed up. This one room was to test and see if we liked them. We have several other rooms we're going to do in different types of flooring because we're finishing up remodeling or house. BUYER BEWARE!!!
