I'llleave this comment to this in summation and strongly urge anyone who is having work done to seek help elsewhere as speaking out when you're bullied by this contractor will only result in the threat of legal action. Feel free to check Yelp (where the business cannot remove reviews of their company) for accurate recounts of experience with Guaranteed Foundation Repair.

Stay away. Dennis is a scam. He told me he was a plumber, but has NO plumbers license.
I had a good experience and I did save money with them.
Great customer service from the front desk to the owner. Sat down and explained that my house did not need work and proceeded to tell me all the ways i can improve and maintain. Cant beat there in-depth free estimates.
We are totally satisfied with our experience dealing with Guaranteed Foundation Repair. They were here within days to give us an estimate which was straight forward and no smoke and mirror stuff. We received a fair and honest quote, the job was done in a timely manner and the house is smiling once more. Thanks.
