Awesome Bartolo Mascarello? Perhaps not. It seemed to be over its age for 2004 but still a nice experience. This one should be popped now if ones have in cellar. Not as refreshing as typical wine from Maria-Teresa. Odd one despite direct from the domaine. Still a must try when coming across. For dishes, Ristorante Villa Maiella made fabulous meal. Could not praise more for each dishes. Superb ones are the butter-like-lard. This is well made with buttery texture and beautiful palate. No unpleasant adore at all. The chiatara was well made surely. Love the texture and light cheesy finish. Last but not least, house-made salumi were to die for. Its recognition is not a joke like many others. #handsdown

Staff was great, but the food was even better. Try the Menu di Territorio (55 euro) together with 4 accompanying wines (20 euro). Beautiful food, and for a Michelin starred restaurant, a bargain...
