We were selling our house in the middle of pandemic and we are lucky to have a realtor like JoAnn Perna. She is very professional and very responsive in answering our questions and giving good advices. She helped us overcome all the problems on the way without pushing us. We had disagreement with buyers 10 days before closing and I almost lost my heart. She is the one to hold everybody together and tirelessly worked to find a solution. Out of all the real estate agents I've dealt with Joann Perna was the best by far. We knew going in that the process could be long and draining but working with Joann from Guardian Realty Center was great! She was with us every step of the way and really helped us throughout the entire process. She is really knowledgeable about the market and helped us determine the best offer price. Joann was in constant contact with the seller's agent as well as their attorney to make sure the bank was responding to our offer as quickly as possible.
