They do not respond on WhatsApp. The lights went out 3 times while we were checking in. Checkin took 57 minutes because the entire lobby lost power. We didn’t get to go into the pool because they took so long. They do not accept credit cards or debit cards. You must bring cash or Colombian bank transfer (as you know they live in the stone ages). The WiFi does not reach the room we stayed in. So, as entrepreneurs who work online, we were only able to work they cell service. There is no shampoo or soap provided in the showers. Pretty poor service and experience for the price.
Un hotel de lindas instalaciones, muy buen servicio y amables, el servicio del restaurante tiene buena sazón. La piscina y las habitaciones tienen una magnífica vista a la presa y “la piedra del peñol”
Muy bonito y el personal muy amable, es un poco complicado entrar en el parqueadero.
We took a reservation with two rooms. the jacuzzi in a room didn't work and the shower in one room didn't have water. No discount from the reception, nothing. Muchas muchas muchas escaleras. Podrían además buscar la forma de tener una segunda piscina o de pronto una ampliación a la actual. La atención es buena.
El hotel el solo fachada. La atención es pésima, te atienden a las carreras. El restaurante es muy lento, te Quitan la energía cuando ellos quieren.
