Our travel agency hired Guatemalan Adventure to drive us from the airport to our hotel in Antigua and then back to the airport from our hotel in Guatemala City. Both drivers were very nice, on time and made sure we were comfortable during the ride. I highly recommend this company! Hope to do a tour with them when we go back to Guatemala.

DO NOT USE this Agency. Hello everyone thinking of using this company. My husband and I were planning a trip with this company and payed 840. This was a month before Covid happened so we had to cancel the trip. Since this happened, this company has refused to give us a refund or extend our voucher. We have tried many times to communicate with them and they are not answering the phone or reply to our emails. I am a Guatemalan Citizen and I am embarrassed that this company is taking advantages of this pandemic to steal the money from clients! If you are traveling to Guatemala, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are stealing money from two hard working teachers in the middle of a pandemic. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL! If something goes wrong with your trip, you’ll be on your own.
My husband and I were impressed from our first tour to the last, (3 guided tours booked). For our Tikal tour we were greeted at our hotel by Henry on time and taken to the airport. After driving us to the airport for our trip to Tikal, we realized we needed our passports and had to return to the hotel. Henry Had not left because he wanted to be sure we boarded. He understood our situation and got us back to the hotel and to the airport in time to catch our flight with not worries. Our Tikal tour guide, Manuel was very knowledgeable about the Mayan civilization and took us safely through the jungle to unimaginable and spectacular views while goading us on to climb yet another pyramid and temple. He made it super fun! We then did the Lake Atitlan and Santiago adventure and then the Pakaya Volcano on horseback with our wonderful guide, Davis. He always took us to the best food places we would have never found on our own. We learned so much about Guatemala! We loved the little cafe and the wonderful coffee too. Everyone was so very nice! The adventures were wonderful and we got to see the beautiful sights, sounds and colorfully dressed people at the markets. I would highly recommend this tour guide company as we always felt very safe and assured that we were getting a tremendous value!
