They didn't want to sell me a clothes because I didn't have got ID with me. They told that they have to know if I am over 18 because of some politics in Germany. I'm 22 years old (I even got my car keys and car documents but they weren't interested in it). What a shame, I will never by anything from Gucci if they don;t even respect their clients....

Horrible staff! Went to buy a highly priced bag and they literally asked me for my ID to check if I’m 18 to see if I’m eligible to buy the bag. I’ve never been asked for my ID in any shop EVER (and I honestly do not think it’s appropriate to ask this question to a middle aged man who doesn’t look 18, spending a good amount of money). Very disappointed, not going to return to this specific store and might rather buy a different brand in the future. :-(

The worst Gucci shop i have ever been, because of the lady who operated me. She don’t care at all. I want to buy a belt. She operated an another person and she didn't care about me at all. When i bought the belt i got it without a box. She said me that Gucci doesn't give the boxes for belts since a few months. I was shocked because Gucci always give the boxes. I asked her, would she gives me the box, because i storage the belts inside. She said: „we don’t have it at all”. They packed other things. Other people got boxes. It means that she has it. She was very nasty. I went to the Gucci store on Kurfürstendamm and i said that i bought the belt a few minutes ago in KaDeWe and don’t get the box for it. He was suprised and he said that they always give the boxes for everyting and always have boxes for everything. Later it turned out that the bag was stained. He unpacked the belt and beautifly packed in the box and everything i have should got, before. I definitely advice against do the shopping in the KaDeWe's gucci store. Go to the Kurfürstendamm Gucci store, they are so kind and helpful. By the way this Gucci store is 5x bigger than kadewe one.
