Please provide Customer Service training to your Employees, Most of them mentally psycho. Especially a lady sitted on counter 3, Bulky a mallu worst of your company goodwill. Please Recruit minimum standard people for SBI, ( Dec 22, 2020 ) Please teach them minimum standard of Customer Services, Let them do their job SBI paying for it right.

Worst bank. 295 rs debited from my account. I informed to the customer care and they said that it was the penalty amount of EMI. Unfortunately I don't have any emi. They didn't give me the solution and ask me to reach my hom branch. I dont know why the hell they stealing my money. Just go and hang

Very very very bad service not attending the call for last one month I am keep on trying for last one months no response from bank When ever i deposit the money imidiately that amount will go from my account more than 3k Gone from my account To bad with this

Worst behavior of the staff.. Talking unparlimentary words to the customers. It is a branch located in tamilnadu.. But the staff are Malayalis and speak their language to the customers, which is so inconvenient for the costumer to understand
