They don't even allow you to keep your bag in their place, although it is the boarding point for all KSRTC buses!
Inhuman behaviour from these people. If we book online this agency will be the only boarding point and these people won’t allow us to wait inside even if it is too hot outside. Very arrogant behaviour. They made us to wait outside in sun at 12 pm with my 10 month old daughter. We had to wait almost one and half hours outside and my baby fell sick too. If they are not allowing to wait inside why the first place this becomes the boarding point in the ksrtc sites. There was no such notices while booking. KSRTC and other bus services better to change the boarding point for online bookings to some other place where there will be adequate space and shade
