Great Sale!!! I don't think that I have ever since prices as low as they were. Bath & Body Works definitely needs to have Sales like that more often. Great Products and Awesome Scents, I dont think that there was any scent that I didn't like and I'm pretty sure that I took the time to smell all of them. I can't rave enough about this place!

Good customer service. Someone is always quick to greet customers. Staff are always ready to help you with your questions. Good products and it's fun to browse and check out all the latest scents for the season. Today I bought Sunshine & Lemons handicap and wallflower for my kitchen. It smells fresh and cheerful.
Absolutely worst customer service I have experienced in decades. Called ahead to confirm there was a specific item and fragrance in stock. Told yes we have lots. Arrived within 2 hours, stood in line, was unable to locate the item. The first person I requested assistance from was a fellow who basically said « Just Look Around »! Another more polite staff member said - oh I’m sorry, we haven’t had that in stock for ages. When asked if I could be called when it arrived, pay in advance...anything to make the purchase happen I was told - we can’t help you. In a challenging retail environment one cannot be surprised when stores like this go under.
