The staff here are amazing. I dealt with a lady named Cassandra. She was so professional and so helpful and extremely patient. I had alot of questions for products to get my girlfriend. Overall great customer service. I'll be going back again for sure.

Ordered products from here and when received my order the 40% Developer had a crack on the bottle near the lid. It erupted inside the box and went everywhere. Tried calling the telephone line many times but no one wanted to answer, also emailed them and told them what had happened but No Reply! During this time they don't even do Refund due to the pandemic. What a waste of money and product! Can't even store the developer in a bottle since it'll melt it! This is really bad customer service! Next time you should check you products and package it better!
