We tried calling Suzanne a couple of times with questions and we were not able to talk to anyone. I emailed her a copy of our document the day before to ensure she would print us a copy. She emailed me 30 min before our appointment to let us know that she could not open our document. Luckily, I had my laptop with me at work so, I was able to photocopy it. My family, two witnesses and I arrived on-time to meet and was greeted by a lady downstairs that handed us two disclosure documents and told us we needed to sign it. Before we met with Suzanne, I double checked with the lady downstairs who informed us that everyone needed to fill it out. Suzanne came downstairs to get us and simply said my name and then walked towards the elevator. She did not greet us or shake our hands; she stood in front of the elevator and waited for it to come without any conversation. . She was good at emailing back and forth however, it would have been easier with a phone call. I felt like I was inconveniencing her and would not recommend her at all. She was not friendly and approachable.
