My fiancé’s and my experience was excellent. Our optometrist was amazing - so knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, the receptionist was extremely personable and helpful as well. Don’t hesitate to make your appt. at Costco optometry.

I had my eyes tested, Dr. Morris is wonderful .... however his receptionist is horrible to speak to when its not within her realm of generic questions. I called March 1st to inquire if Dr. morris could explain the prescription so that i could purchase my frames online. She was rude, spoke down to me and without even speaking to the dr basically insulted me for wanting to go this route!!! She said she would have the Dr. Call me. A week past and i called back today, explained i had called a week ago, she gave excuses then relayed the drs msg to me. Again snubbing me for wanting to order online. This woman was downright ignorant and had no personality to be dealing with people if this is how she speaks down to others for wanting to save money in this time. I am appalled at how rudly she just spoke to me again today as if i was a child as she kept repeating they do not sell glasses . As if i wasnt aware of that! I will never go back here again!!!
