Great customer service and a professional, clean office space as well (unlike a rental company up the road, which we left for Enterprise). Our insurance company had not sent us to Enterprise directly, but once we got authorisation from them to switch to Enterprise, the rental agent made the transaction smooth and painless. Beautiful, clean vehicle for us to drive while ours is being repaired. Would definitely go to Enterprise again.
