DONT EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! They will make excuses after excuses!! The service I was going there for was eyelash extensions.... the very first time I went I got what I wanted, then after it was very inconsistent. It was a hit or miss everytime... sometimes it was the wrong product from head office they said, other times I think they thought I wouldn’t notice or trick me into thinking it was the same work as the previous time... I was unhappy with the work and all they cared about was their money and not making the customer (me) happy.... they have an excuse for everything. Eyelash extensions are not cheap here and you expect to get good work with the money you pay... they refused to refund me and let me be unhappy... they would never make it in a city like Toronto with that kind of attitude. I guess losing customers isn’t a concern for them , they are content with being empty all the time.... to each their own I guess.... I strongly recommend that you don’t waste your time and money here.
