FAN-FREAKIN-TASTIC!! The staff there is super friendly, and highly sympathetic to a trans member of the lgbt community having fears walking in. Kate is PHENOMENAL, SUPERB, you name it, she is IT. I am in LOVE with my hair it's unreal
