I would like to congratulate the Jump management as I particularly want to acknowledge the amazing service that I have recently received from Emma (Customer Service) & Adam (Tech Service) both at the Guelph location. They were both exceptional to my customer experience. Emma is great at customer support and has a really good knowledge of the products in the store and gave her honest reviews! Adam really took his time to explain and answer all the questions I had for a laptop service issue that he was working on for me. In the time of a global pandemic where we are all facing a tough phase, it is amazing to witness good service and it deserves a long winded review like this :) Thank you both and all the best.

Please please please don’t take your Apple products here for repair!! They charge a 60 diagnostic fee and need 5-7 days to do it. I decided to take my laptop to a proper Apple store after hearing this (since Apple doesn’t charge this fee, and diagnostics takes them 10min) and they found a way to cover the 800 repair bill even though it was out of warranty. Jump definitely won’t do that!

Staff is Friendly and Nice. But they don't accept return apple store products, they are just the retailer.......

Virgil and Emma were so friendly and efficient. What may normally be a long and tiring process was expedited by their expertise. Definitely recommend this location!

I would not bring my apple product here again; next time I'll go straight to apple. Wait times are high, they estimate 5-7 days and will easily take 10. It's hard to get a hold of someone since they never answer the phone. The technician never called after the diagnostic; I had to call multiple times to find out what was wrong. I'll be going to apple next time.
