Great experience today! Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable as I tried on glasses (in a COVID guideline atmosphere). They had great deals and turn around times are quick. Highly recommend visiting!

Took away one star because I waited so long to be seen; an hour and a half. Then had to wait 3 days for my glasses. This was somewhat unfair since they were down 1 employee on a Saturday and the Monday was Thanksgiving. The glasses were well done and fitted better than I have ever had my glasses fitted in 37 years. I was reluctant to use lenscrafters but they were good for me.

When I first went in, Nathalie was very nice and helpful and I picked out a great pair of frames. However everything quickly went downhill after picking up my new glasses. Within a few days I began to suffer from dizziness, nausea, migraines, and could not see properly out of my glasses. It took a great deal of focus to simply read words and could feel my eyes being strained. I knew there is always an adjustment period but this was completely different. I went in 3 separate times and after minor adjustments that did not fix the problem, I kept being told my lenses were perfect, they matched my prescription perfectly and nothing could be done. I then went to see my optometrist as I was concerned there was something wrong with my eyes or my vision, and they told me that my lenses were so far off the prescription I gave, and they strained my right eye to the point where my prescription had actually worsened since wearing these new glasses. I immediately went back to LensCrafters with this information where an incredibly rude female optician told me my optometrist was wrong, nothing was wrong with my glasses, and my physical symptoms and lack of clear vision was not concerning to her at all. Even after asking her to call my optometrist directly to hear for herself she denied any error with the glasses. I eventually received a full refund but I was incredibly upset over the amount of time I wasted, as well as the money spent on the eye exam that was only needed because of these faulty glasses, not to mention the extreme physical symptoms I had to experience. As for the last optician I spoke to - I cannot fathom how anyone in the customer service industry can show such a complete lack of care and understanding towards a customer experiencing such severe physical symptoms because of a product you are selling.
