Ordered Xbox from here for Black Friday. Worth the drive from Kitchener. Adam and crew were great to deal with throughout the entire process. Was advised that an item that was ordered was incorrect, and a solution came to light really quick! Went to pick up, and bought some additional games. Got home and found that one game was for PS4. Again, Adam was great, and set aside the proper game for me. He wasn't there in the Sunday I went to exchange, but the rest of the staff was great as well on that visit! Highly worth the drive! Great job!

They wouldn't take my game, even though it was mint.they said there is too very tiny hair Nicks on the cd so they said no.

A good store to find almost anything you want to play, and if they don't have it the staff usually have a way to get or a lead to obtaining what you want, they also look after any problem with a disc that you buy there if it needs cleaned or buffed no question asked. Good selection of used games to stretch your dollar, only gripe I have is the low selection of their older console game ie game cube, ps2, Xbox though I know they aren't worth as much as the newer games it's still nice to pick up an old game here and there

As an artist and a major gamer I am constantly, on the hunt for good stores that sell high quality content at real prices (ie not marked up to oblivion or unrealistically high for what the item is) and Microplay has to be one of the best smaller shops I've been to so far in Guelph. Not only do they carry older systems (ps2, wii, other handhelds) and the contents with them too. The people who work there are always polite. On the product end, the quality is high (near perfect in some conditions for used items) and new products are in stock normally and are great and some times they will even sell Japanese imports for things like amiibos and other figures or special items. Some of my favorite figures games and other gear has come from them and I couldn't be more thankful! If you have any gamers, anime fans, artists who like this art of books or guides, or even just like picking up Pokémon cards or cool video game hats or something to be \hip with them people\ that you know than this place is for you!
