Great bakery, nice people and very well-managed business. I'm impressed by every aspect of their thoughtful, detail-oriented work, from the ingredients all the way to their contact-less sale and online presence during the pandemic. Kudos to them also for being very environment-friendly: paper bags and even paper lids for coffee cups. I would visit them every day if I could eat more!

Delicious bread with an efficient no contact pickup system. The bread is the best in town. Warning! They don't take anything but tap cards for payment. Also it is best to reserve your bread a couple of days in advance on the website because they sell out of some things by noon.
I actually picked this loaf up at the stone store, Polestars breads are so authentic and rich. You feel good buying them, serving them to love ones and enjoy a slice yourself.
Their social distancing protocols are fabulous! I highly recommend ordering on line, before noon the previous day to ensure you will get the product you want. They were almost sold out by 11:30 a.m.! Can't wait to get into the bread!!
