Every time I go in everyone there is helpful and friendly. There is great options to choose from - MANY options actually and the hardest thing is choosing what to get as I want it all! I also like that you get to earn ‘bucks’ (points) - gives a nice break on price once collected! Highly recommend !

In October I had ordered product from Popeye’s online for the customer sale (which was fab) I received product promptly and checked the order to the statement. All was correct! When I went to replace progressive collagen from my order, it was tropical. Oops I use unflavoured!! I sent an email to customer service that morning and I received a phone call later that day. Wow! There response to my dilemma was made easy, they found the closest store and told me I could exchange the product free of charge, no shipping! Thank you for maki g my mistake easy. Kathy
