Helpful friendly staff. Good selection. Store very clean and well stocked. Staff knowledgeable about various products and more than willing to help without being pushy or hovering.

I love going to this store! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. A staff member helped me decide which protein treatment is best for my hair. I have thick, long, 3a curls. On a separate occasion another staff member helped me find the best hair colour brand to cover my grey hairs (I’m only 25!). Every time I go into the store, they ask if there is anything they can do to help. They are very friendly and easy to approach. The staff know what they are doing. I highly recommend going to this store.

very rude and unprofessional staff at this location. Were not helpful whatsoever and kept throwing digs at my current hair. Had to ask for their help 3 different times.

I had the most helpful lady at Sally's the other day. She helped me with getting the right product for my hair. She was extremely knowledgeable and took about 15 minutes to explain to me how hair dyes vs toners work. I was able to use the products she suggested and I had perfect results. I highly recommend this store
